How is Professional Geology defined and what geological practices are regulated by New York State? What related services and practices do not require licensure? What are the responsibilities of a PG to ensure ethical practice? What are the Rules of the Board of Regents regarding professional misconduct? 

John Nadeau, P.G. and Eric Greppo. P.E. will discuss PG licensee and business entity rules and regulations as they relate to offering professional geology services in New York State.

Following the presentation, 30 minutes are reserved for answering questions.

Attendees must keep cameras on, microphones muted, and answer all questions throughout presentation in order to receive credit.
